Based on the selected template, email us at sh.sia@pacific.net.sg AND patrick@vavivo.com (With email subject title: “Video Resume – Design X where X is your preferred template”)  the required information highlighted in each template design. We will create the video for you within 5 working days once payment is make.

1. Total no. of photos / videos from you: 12 (Please arrange in order)
2. Total no. of keyword from you: 12 (these keywords will be associated to the photos that you have provided)
3. Your name and contact for others to find you.
